Our office is open weekdays from 9a-5p to provide both routine and emergency care on an appointment basis. If an emergency arises during our normal office hours, call the receptionist to see if an immediate appointment is available. Patients will be seen as soon as possible. Your appointment is time reserved especially for your child so we ask that you give us 48 hours notice in the event you need to change an appointment. This courtesy will allow us to give your time to someone else who needs treatment. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment may result in a charge to your account. Two missed appointments without notifying our office may result in dismissal from the practice. Every effort will be made to stay within our daily schedule. Unfortunately procedures will occasionally take longer than anticipated and unexpected emergencies may delay scheduled appointments. It may help to understand these occasional situations if you realize we are ready to extend the same extra time and concern to your child should it become necessary.
